Here’s some of what we’re going to work on:
 
1. We’ll start with making you look the part, ensuring your branding & message is on point. We’ll work on your USP so it’s absolutely clear why architects & clients will want to work with YOU.
 
2. Next, I’ll show you the secret to generating a ton of leads & opportunities. You’ll have the pick of what you want in your target areas. I’ll also show you how to find & attract suitable architects & get them to send you the projects you want. By the end of this module you’ll have leads coming out of your ears & be in a position to turn down opportunities.
 
3. We’ll focus on your pricing. This is so important as getting this wrong could cripple your business & set you up for months of pain if you win an under-priced project. I’ll focus on how to get your profit margins right, whilst remaining competitive. We’ll hit the sweet spot so you have the best chance of winning the projects, but also earn great profits whilst doing so.
 
4. With the amount of new leads you’ll be getting, you’ll need help pricing them up. So I’ll share with you the best tools in the industry to get you tenders completed quickly & accurately. One of the keys to taking on bigger projects & expanding is knowing when you may need to outsource some of the pricing & I’ll show you cost efficient ways of doing that to free up your time.
 
5. One of the big worries of larger projects is the contracts & legal jargon that leaves many confused. I’ll show you the common pitfalls to look out for to ensure you’re not tied into a nightmare contract. These projects need to be won on your terms.
 
6. Next we need to make you look credible enough to win the BIG projects. If you’ve only carried out smaller jobs in the past, I’ll show you the tricks & tactics needed to make you look like a larger company & ensure you give the client & architect confidence that you are the right person for their project.
 
7. Lastly we focus on converting those quotes & tenders into actual sales orders. We’ll work on your Conversion Conversation skills & how to have the greatest chance of winning the sale.
